- Baby formula is non-returnable
- Perishable goods (including food) are non-returnable
- Sale items are non-returnable

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing info@babyorganicformula.com.
Please include:
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the original packaging with the shipping label visible
Failure to provide requested documentation may result in denial of the claim.
