Returns & Refund Policy 

Returns

We regretfully do not accept returns. Most of our products are sanitary or perishable in nature, and for the safety and well-being of all our customers, we must preserve the integrity of our inventory. All products sold by BabyOrganicFormula.com are shipped brand-new, unopened, and stored in clean, secure facilities.

  • Baby formula is strictly non-returnable

  • Perishable goods (including food items) are non-returnable

  • Sale items are non-returnable


Damaged Products

An item is considered damaged if a sealed interior bag is pierced or a can is punctured. Cosmetic imperfections such as dents in cans or wrinkles in boxes caused during transit are not considered damaged and do not qualify for a refund.

If you receive a damaged product, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing info@babyorganicformula.com.
Please include:

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos showing the product next to the original packaging with visible labels

  • Retain all original packaging, as it may be required by the delivery carrier for verification


Incorrect Products

Although rare, fulfillment errors may occur. If you believe you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Please retain the original packaging and send photos showing:

  • The product received

  • The original packaging with visible labels

Mis-Deliveries

Once an order leaves our facility, the customer is responsible for coordinating delivery with the shipping carrier. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist with shipping concerns, the customer must be available to receive the package.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

  • Checking common areas of your property

  • Asking neighbors

Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, BabyOrganicFormula.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and refunds will not be issued. Our delivery guarantee applies only to packages marked as “undelivered” with valid tracking.


Change of Address After Order Placement

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address at checkout. While we may attempt to accommodate address changes after an order is placed, this cannot be guaranteed.

  • Orders mis-delivered due to an incorrect address are non-refundable

  • BabyOrganicFormula.com is not liable for mis-deliveries once the package has left our warehouse

  • Mail redirection requests are discouraged, as carriers may still deliver to the original address


Delivery Delays

Shipping providers aim to deliver within 1–6 business days, but delays outside of our control may occasionally occur. During peak seasons or holidays, delivery may take up to 3 weeks.

  • Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days

  • Delays caused by carriers, customs, or import processing are not refundable

  • BabyOrganicFormula.com guarantees a maximum ship-out time of 24 hours from order placement


Updated Packaging & Product Images

Manufacturers may update packaging designs, colors, or wording without notice. BabyOrganicFormula.com ships only the newest available stock to ensure the longest possible expiration dates.

Receiving updated or newer packaging than what is shown on our website does not qualify for a refund.


Fraudulent Product Claims

All product complaints are taken seriously and must be supported with photographic, video, or other requested evidence. Due to strict hygiene standards upheld by manufacturers, unsupported claims will not be considered.

  • Manufacturing batch numbers are recorded at the time of shipping

  • Any fraudulent or fabricated claims will be investigated jointly with manufacturers

  • In some cases, customers may be required to return products for laboratory testing


Refunds

Once an issue has been reviewed and resolved, you will be notified of the outcome. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
